We are five

Happy Birthday Aginic! We’re Five!

It doesn’t feel that long ago Marty and I were Senior Managers navigating the politics of Big 4 consulting. Those years allowed us to build and run an analytics team in a safe environment, working with some amazing clients and building out great friendships with awesome colleagues. Many of those clients and colleagues came with us over the years and the journey has continued.

It was July 2014, we’d finished up the big corporate jobs a week or two ago and Marty’s front room in East Brisbane served as a chilly but cheap little office! The first 6 months were spent working with some smaller contracts, rolling up the sleeves and working out what in the analytics in data space we wanted to bring to the market. Queensland Health and Virgin Australia were great as early clients and helped us to start building the Aginic brand. We built up the Brisbane office and quickly went through a 4 person, 12 person, 20 person office hopping around the CBD – our 40 person HQ in Spring Hill now serves us very well although even that’s now getting pretty tight! Of course, now we have an even bigger office in Sydney and offices in Melbourne, Canberra and more recently Darwin, as we continue working towards our mission in becoming Australia’s most respected data analytics and BI consultancy.
